So, this has been an interesting thread. Lots of good answers across the board and osf being osf. [8D] In my own answer to the OP: You get what you put in. Do some subs 'seem' angry? Yes. Do they have a good reason for it? Potentially. You don't know why they're angry, so lumping anybody that 'seems' so into the same category isn't a fair thing to me. Hell, if it was me, I'd still talk to them if there was something I found intriguing. Ask them about their tone but be polite about it. You might come to find out they're a lot more personable than they seem. If they're still rude, hey, it won't work out and you move on. So, don't dwell on 'subs being angry'. Your opening post seems kinda angry, too, but I see it more as being borne out of frustration. People have their times of irritation (especially with how I see how guys talk to some women on here). It's what makes us human.

I guess part of it might also be that sometimes profiles do not read as intended maybe? There is no tone of voice, body language etc only text and if you give 10 people the same written text i very much doubt all would interperate it the same way. Maybe it also depends on the mood of the viewer at the time, as to how the tone of the profile is viewed. Just my somewhat rambling thoughtI
