Or maybe its 3am here and I should get some sleep?

Why would anyone choose to live in a place that it is currently three am?  Makes absolutely no sense.

I agree. Although of course the joke will be on you on Thursday evening when we get to be one year ahead of the US for once.

It is 8;55 where I am currently typing. How does that stack up against 3 am?

I need to know which way the TPE swings.

Somehow, I feel it is not as cool.

OK, .........so wheres our lad back with the vicious attacks that he is sick of? Did he pass out from some loss of blood clipping his posts then?

Perhaps he went back to the gym to sack up a bit.

Well, who knows, eh?

Not being in bed at 3am is a bad idea and something only genuine bad asses can do.

Meanwhile, not being in bed at 855pm is something that anyone can do.

to be honest I kinda like osf's posts.

I mean it's not like there's anyone else posting much these days. It all gets repeated over and over again..nothing is new.

Think of his postings like this. It keeps this place from becoming deadening silence like most bdsm forums eventually become because it's all been said a million times over and again.

Ah, Joe McCarthy, viciously attacked repeatedly on the boards and descried vociferously and publicly of his scourging but the pumpkin papers are secretively sent via diplomatic pouch, directly from his shopping list in his suit jacket.

Where have I seen this plot before?

The State Department

so asking questions that the elders of this board disapprove of is a no no?
Didn't say that.  At less than three years on the site, I don't consider Myself an 'elder'.  At the same time, I'm not always going to answer the same question that I've typed out far too many repeated replies to the same topic in the past.

misspelling is a no no?
Yes.  Please refer yourself to the, literally, hundreds of comments around here about people too lazy to use spell check.

i was never impressed by the highly respected ones, it always seemed that that was what they lived for
Wrong,  As stated on multiple threads, I live My life for Me.  If others tend to like what I write, that's just a bonus.

and i have been on this sight a lot longer than this nic and this behavior is new high for me or a new low
I'd vote for new low or perhaps a really, really short memory.

and for what you think of me, well it wont put another dollar in my wallet
At least you're starting to figure that part out.

my problem is that i never tried to be part of the kool kid gang
Funny.  I haven't either.  All I've ever been is Myself and the other thing just kind of happened.

i'm really at a loss for words
I wish, but I doubt it.

The truth is, I actually did answer your question before.  There are a lot of folks out there who don't use the term power exchange, and instead prefer authority transfer.  If you've really been around as long as you claim, I'm pretty sure you would have heard of it by now.

Btw, participating in BDSM since the mid eighties doesn't mean a damn thing if you never learned anything.

OK OSF, I read the link you sent me on the other side; I really dont see anything there that would come near to being a "vicious personal attack", you know? I see a lot of stuff thats pretty much par for the course and maybe a little thats a bit more than that, but honestly nothing that you should be taking home in your rucksack.

Really? Look dude, it's one thing when you spout your bullshit theory's about BDSM. Everyone has some and everyone does that.

But if there is one thing Joe did it was STRANGLE dissent. If you don't know shit don't talk it.

Have you no shame sir?

Jeff

Edited to say, the last bit was just for Ron..:)
