There are so many terms in BDSM I have personal issues with, forced is one, training is another and humiliation another, I sometimes in the past have felt an awkward embarrassment about some things but never because someone has made me feel that way, the emotions are 100% self imposed, if asked to do something I have been conditioned to find odd but that for some reason is appealing I may feel embarrassment, its not humiliation though and certainly not debasement.

The idea of feeling truly humiliated appeals to me about as much as the notion of ripping my eyes out to feed to my rabbit just as being truly patronised inspires the desire to rip the person doing its eyes out and feeding it to my rabbit.

However BDSM is a world in which terminology is changed, adapted to mean whatever the hell we want it to mean, things that can be nothing other than terrible become things that people crave, because they mean something else in reality, something for which their isnt really a word so one already in use is yoinked and changed because it is easier.

I know people who tell me they love to be humiliated/debased/degraded, they have yet to convince me that they actually do, but each to their own.
