Whatever nick he used to post under, I haven't a clue. I'm simply amused by the fact that he feels harassed but may or may not actually do anything about it.

There have been times I have felt harassed on this board and on others.
What I have found, through participating on MANY forums, is that if one or two people are disagreeing with me, they're just wrong. *lol*
But if almost everyone is disagreeing with me, and saying something different than the point I am trying to make, I need to consider either my stance, or how I am explaining it. (sometimes both)
Communities tend to police themselves to a point, and while it's fine to take a strong stand when you absolutely NEED to (in order to live with yourself) it's a bit nonsensical to be somewhat (or seem somewhat) new to a community and just ride roughshod over those who have been there and contributed quite a bit to it.

lolol, i'm not changing what i want in a partner to conform with what seems the cm mafia accepted norm

Its been explained before. This side is not for advertising for a partner. This is for discussion and learning. If you are not finding what you seek on the boards, perhaps it is not the best place to find the type of submissive you seek?

osf -> RE: harrassment on the threads (1/6/2010 11:41:51 PM)

i love it , i sat here laughing my butt off, a new dom came asking for advice and all the submissives rushed to educate him

hilarious it was

AquaticSub -> RE: harrassment on the threads (1/6/2010 11:42:12 PM)

You seem to go out of your way to bring up what you want in a partner.

LadyEllen -> RE: harrassment on the threads (1/6/2010 11:42:15 PM)

not this harassment thing again osf? I thought we'd decided youre a big boy now and that a few girls giggling at you now and then was nothing to worry over? I thought you must have agreed or you'd have run off to hide and cry in the bushes?

E

No one has said anything about changing what you want in a partner. The fact is that when you post, you are addressing the entire forum. It's fine if you are using the forum to try and attract what you want, but that isn't the purpose of the boards. Others will reply to what you say here. The place for personal ads is on the other side; this is the place for debate and discussion.

CalifChick -> RE: harrassment on the threads (1/6/2010 11:43:00 PM)

What the hell does what you want in a partner have to do with your behavior on the forums?

i wonder if those most active , could harbor a deep seated hatred of men

any comments?

EbonyWood -> RE: harrassment on the threads (1/6/2010 11:46:08 PM)

66.57 years is the current average worldwide life span - both sexes.

Is this too short?

Yes. You should stop complaining and report her.

As several members who know me in real can attest, I love men... sometimes in public! [:D]

Two things...

Hijacking your own thread by soliciting comments for another, unrelated topic is, to be honest, quite silly. Best to offer this one up as a new topic or poll.

(Don't hate me... I'm just playing the part of topicality police tonight... it's a clause in my sappaContract...)

Secondly, since I'm a guy and I have a high post count, seemingly indicating that I'm active here, I think I can answer your off-topic question with an equally off-topic answer...

No, I do not believe that those most active here have a deep-seated hatred for men. At least, in this poster's case, it would be quite counter-productive for me to be so inclined (remembering that I am a guy).

Sorry for the off-topic tangent... please continue on with the discussion of harassment.

osf -> RE: harrassment on the threads (1/6/2010 11:51:22 PM)

i don't know you nor did i mention names

well i've said enough for now

i'll wait to see if there are others

enjoy

Oh I have an idea... start a topic on misogyny [:)]

OSF, I don't understand why you start so many threads and then spend your whole time arguing with anyone who has the temerity to not agree with you.  I haven't read most of the threads you have posted so am unsure if you have been actually harassed or if you simply are unhappy that so many people find your posting style and constant self-justification and yes but-ting to be tiresome.

As others have said, if you feel that people's behaviour towards you has been against TOS report them.
