An influenza pandemic may occur when a new influenza virus appears against which the human population has no immunity. With the increase in global transport, as well as urbanization and overcrowded conditions in some areas, epidemics due to a new influenza virus are likely to take hold around the world, and become a pandemic faster than before. WHO has defined the phases of a pandemic to provide a global framework to aid countries in pandemic preparedness and response planning. Pandemics can be either mild or severe in the illness and death they cause, and the severity of a pandemic can change over the course of that pandemic.

They ARE saying there is the POTENTIAL for many people to become ill, for the increase in illnesses to drain medical resources, and the increased risk for death to those who do not seek medical attention.

The 'flu kills a lot of people every year, mate. The emergence of a new variant that's crossed the species gap isn't a good thing. It's killed a lot of people so far (though not as many as normal seasonal 'flu has this winter), and none of them were vaccinated.

Status: offline 		Just a headsup,  there isn't actually 'black death' running rampant in Ukraine....for some reason...probably some weird misunderstood quote....the vaccine nuts have got it into their heads that the flu cases in Ukraine are actually black death, caused by.....something...the vaccine, the IMF loans....some sort of CIA test (because 99% of the vaccine nuts are american).

It's being covered up by the WHO, as part of the New World Order&/orIlluminati&/orJews plan to.....something something something. Fuck it, you get the idea.....point is, no need to debate about causes of black death outbreak in ukraine:there isn't one. I can't tell whether pah is trolling or just that delusional, but either way I seriously doubt it's worth trying to discuss it with him.
