1) First find your fuel - there are only 2 tugs and 2 tankers at the airport. 2) Second find your secured flat space, a lot of it's got people camping out 3) Improve the navaids, bring a generator for lights 4) Where are the heavy lifters coming from? There're some Navy/Marine ships on the way, but they aren't there yet. Osprey's are overseas. 5) You can't drive down the coast, the roads are clogged with people and debris. I agree thornhappy, they face serious logistical problems in Haiti. I was thinking, I wish they would show more coverage of what the people are going through as they attempt to get in there and help them. Has anyone seen much footage of that?

its all over the news here Mia; not happy viewing at all rest assured. Though it does convey the desperation better than any words. The two refugee camps featured tonight had been raided by marauding looters, taking what little the people had left. Apparently the prison came down too and released quite a number of undesirables. The one camp had its own guards posted as a result. Unfortunately I dont think it will be long before one of these guards is mistaken for a thug and shot by the incoming security forces and that is going to touch off a whole new world of grief. E

E Oh, LadyE we have PLENTY of coverage of the desperation. But, I have seen little coverage of what the relief workers have to go through in order to reach and help those suffering. I haven't seen coverage of the thousands that were sent there, trying to get to the suffering people. I would like to see more of the very serious logistical problems related to trying to help the Haitians. It must be utter hell on earth over there.
