Definitely check out if you have any weird EMF fields in the apartment rather then EVP's (if you have the equipment), that just might give you the reason to why you feel observed or creeped out. If that isn't it then perhaps a house blessing would help. You could do one yourself simply by walking around in your place laying salt at the windows and doors, sprinkle some in the open areas (like a pinch or two), while asking all negative energy/spirits to leave the house, stating that anything in the house is not allowed to hurt you, scare you, and any other things you want to add. Reminding what ever is there that it has passed on and needs to move on to the place where it should be. Had some issues in the past where things were happening in my house and this solved my problem. Long Beach isn't too far away from where i am at... not a ghost hunter or paranormal investigator, but i am good at debunking and support [;)]
