Ok that is where they make their money  I can't prove the Loch ness monster does not exist, because people choose to believe he does.  Forget all the science and studies done as long as people around the ness are making money they will keep the belief alive, and so I think the same is true for people/business's who claim they exist.  Cause if they did not they would not make any money

Saying you can't prove the opposite is not a argument science would allow, nor does no one stepping up and getting the 10 mill by showing it is true,

I will agree to each their own, my wife believes it all, and there is nothing I can say or do to convince her otherwise. But it sure makes it fun when we watch a scary movie about this subject

Definitely check out if you have any weird EMF fields in the apartment rather then EVP's (if you have the equipment), that just might give you the reason to why you feel observed or creeped out. If that isn't it then perhaps a house blessing would help. You could do one yourself simply by walking around in your place laying salt at the windows and doors, sprinkle some in the open areas (like a pinch or two), while asking all negative energy/spirits to leave the house, stating that anything in the house is not allowed to hurt you, scare you, and any other things you want to add. Reminding what ever is there that it has passed on and needs to move on to the place where it should be. Had some issues in the past where things were happening in my house and this solved my problem. Long Beach isn't too far away from where i am at... not a ghost hunter or paranormal investigator, but i am good at debunking and support

Ok, I watched the episode of Paranormal State today where they were investigating on an island in what I would call a mansion (the boat has a water garage!) and the owner had rented it for 2 years to a couple that turned it into a sex-bondage club for the last 6 months they were there.  When that couple was evicted by the owner they left a bondage cross, a wheel of naughty fortune, and multiple other bondage furniture.  I want that wheel!!!!  They only showed the cross in full frame though, I guess the A&E censors thought a spanking bench was too risque.  Now at the end of the episode they got ride of the eqp.... they could have given it a good home to a couple into bondage, but no, it got trashed.

I was so jealous when I saw the house then I saw the bondage eqp and I giggled in jealous glee.
