Good point Lady Challene...

The thing is, we dominant's may be looking for submissive's as well. We have the same frustrations sometimes. I actually find more submissive men in the course of some outting... some boring outtings to places like the grocery store, eatery or people I come into contact with outside my home.

Here at CM, we seem to be surrounded by submissive men. Men I wouldn't talk to for twenty minutes much less go out with or entertain the idea of being a dominant to.

We are simply people with a certain interest and we can be found anywhere.

Ahh...Late to the race, again! I had to work. OP - Thank you for a well-considered post. Very refreshing.

As for me, "performing the acts" with someone I am not attracted to would not be arousing, at all. It is, indeed, the man I've chosen who arouses me to the acts. I enjoy them, because I'm with the one I adore and the one I adore enjoys them.

I wish you the best of luck in your search.

Smiles are good...I'll be checking that profile of yours to see if you've put the "help" to work!  Best of luck.

Yes that is True, but I wont find them at the local foodmart or even watering hole.

Sure you would.  I used to pick up a lot of "prey" at "the local watering hole" (whatever dance club was my favorite at the time) and while I never actually picked a guy up at the grocery store, I do remember, very vividly, a box-boy that I wanted to seduce on more that one occasion who used to bag my groceries.  So much so that I kind of had it planned out in my mind how I would make him mine.

Did he have any idea I was kinky as hell, femdomish, and all those other things?  Of course not.  Now, I could have let him know at the drop of a hat - I think often a femdom/kinky woman just decides when she wants to make this information available.  Some men see me as aggressive, assertive, self confident, kind of a leader-type -- but, I know lots of women my age, in my line of work, who have the exact same qualities. This does not make them kinky, or make them desire a submissive man.  I think these qualities often overlap. But they aren't a sure indicator.

Attraction must be the first thing to be in place.  I actively seek submissive men, so there is no need to worry about whether they find dominant women a turn off, I already know it turns them on.  I don't lose respect for them once they submit, in fact, I gain respect for them.  My power only comes in after we agree on a mutual attraction and a desire to move further.

Hello, OP, and welcome to the forums.  I hope you won't mind someone jumping in who is not part of the female-led dynamic.

I like to say that there are two places to submit - in the bedroom and out of it.  If you look at femdom porn or what Dommes do for their fees, that's the bedroom stuff.  One of the big complaints of the Dommes here is that the malesubs that cluster around them online are just interested in the bedroom stuff and not in a relationship.  From your posts, I get the feeling that you want a relationship with a Domme, not just a bunch of scening, and that puts you way at the head of the line.

I have some suggestions for you:

1. Clarify (if you can) if you want to submit only in the bedroom or outside of it as well.  Do you want to serve her in ways like housework or maybe chores and handyman work?
2. Your profile states that you are basically brand new.  So remove the Expert status from your kinks - people who falsely claim to be experts when they're not are sometimes looked down on.

Again, welcome!

Hey thanks for the suggestions, I didnt put the expert label on to bullshit, in fact I just updated all from beginner to expert because since my first joining this site I have learned a few things from a Domme who I lived with for a yr but decided to move on because she was just out right abusive and degrading and I dont think that is for me, I am submissive not sub human. though maybe you are right my exp may not yet qualify me as an expert. Thanks

thank you for your reply, it seems your feelings on the subject are how the majority of Dommes think here

Lady Angelika,
without the power there would be no sexual attraction? please be patient , I am having trouble getting my thoughts across

It goes hand and hand with me.

I am most strongly attracted to powerful but submissive people, male and female, but the over all "package" you might say -- education, personality, looks, goals, attitude, interests -- all of that has a role in determining if I want to have any type of relationship with a person.
