Funny how the far left absolutely hates real journalists. Give them corporate news or government broadcasting and they're happier than flies on shit. Give them facts though, and they act like you're setting them on fire.

Don't upset their happy little world...

Carl Cameron is a complete piece of shit.  Fox has allowed him to interview the pres and be on the campaign trail while his wife simultaneously worked for the Bush re election campaign.

No conflict there.

No your facts before you make yourself look like a bigger douche than perceived.

Yes, he's a true hero.

George Bush, Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Teabaggers .............now some 25 year-old little geek is the new star of the conservatives.

Well done, keep up the good work.

The thread is about this pimp boy, not acorn anyways... I love the way right wingers try to change the conversation when they do not like the one presently taking place....

You are aware that both right and left wingers are equally guilty of the same practice pretty much all the time, right?

Or maybe he does, and agrees with the prosecution who didn't charge him for...burglary?

No, they just charged him with a more severe felony.

Which is besides the point. ;)

One aspect of the definition of burglary is the breaking and entering.  It's not to argue that they didn't screw up and get caught doing something bad...but burglary is stretching it.

The funniest part of your sarcasm is: the list of names you have posted seem to be favorites of the left. As they seem to focus on them and their every word.

Politics makes strange bedfellows...

entering federal property under false pretenses with the intent of committing a felony, according to the United States

That would be burgalry with intent here in the UK. I accept there may be a language difference though.

You're so full of shit, ken. O'Keefe is giving interviews bragging about how this is all so overblown.

O'Keefe declined to talk about Breitbart's allegations to Fox News' Sean Hannity Monday night, adding he was cooperating with the U.S. attorney's office and was pleased with the way the U.S. attorney was handling the case.

So I guess you're the one full of shit.

They charged awfully quickly. Likely because they had to or they had to let them go. There is a lot going on here, including Miranda, Knowing and Wilfull, invoking the Right to an Attorney....

And at least by American standards he didn't even come close to burglary. Also... "entering federal property under false pretenses with the intent of committing a felony". Really? The line of lawyers hoping to tackle that one must be huge. How long has that one been on the books? And under what pretenses has it been proscuted in the past?

This has all the markings of the Federal Government having to millions of dollars knowing they will never get a conviction. And this guy looks he'll force a trial even under the weight of Uncle throwing the kitchen sink at him.

FDD, i refer you back to a previous post here

Its not a little minor infraction as you may wish to believe. And he has tried to spin this to put himself into the best possible light. Even admitting that they wanted to disable the switchboard to prove there was nothing wrong with it.

I am not infering it is a minor infraction at all...though it does have a Patriot Actish aire to it.

I only pointed out the Feds charged very quickly, there will be some motions to quash and suppress because of police actions and that there will be a slew of outstanding lawyers willing to take this on pro bono. Add to that a defiant accused defandant looking to wear the shroud of political martyr.
