But for the record, I wasn't bothered that much from the poster. He didn't offend me as much as he did others until he send me a vile CM Mail and then he got blocked. On just the picture aspect..... In My private collection, I have a number of pics of various types of play. There are a number of shots that I could pull out and post. Most of them aren't of Me, but things that I've done topping other people. If I've talked about it on these boards, there's a 90% chance that I've got a picture of that kind of play somewhere. However, I chose not to do that. The reason for that is fairly simple. For every person out there who would love to see the cuttings I've done on clip's chest, there's someone out there who really doesn't want to see his skin opened with a gaping wound with blood running down it. For every person who would get a kick out of needle designs, there's someone out there who feels like their skin is crawling at the very sight of a needle. Brands, cups, wax, fire, cane marks, on and on and on. I don't need to shove My kink into someone else's face. I am free to express Myself in any way that I want, but that doesn't mean that I have to impose Myself on anyone else. At some point, you have to have the social grace to say that it isn't necessary to cram these things down other people's throats.

You post a phrase that I think seems to be escaping many people 'social grace'. I doubt that ANYone on this site cares whether or not a man wants to dress like a woman. I am quite certain there are a fair number of people of both genders that get off on that sort of thing. There are also a fair number of people that get off on things like, water sports, scat play, blow jobs, etc etc etc......you name it. I don't think it is the activity that people get upset about. What it really comes down to with photos or detailed descriptives is squick factor. Mal and his waxing poetic about having a fist up his arse.......at some point it's just TMI and people will tell you so. Seeing multiple photos that are not aesthetically pleasing to most people will garner a person some version of "Enough already!!! We GET IT!" So OP, it's not that we are trashing what you enjoy doing, within your life, as it may or may not fit within your personal life. It's that not everyone is going to enjoy having it blasted in technicolour across their computer screen. If you want to post here, make yourself a human being to all of us. Make who you are, more, than you dressed in bad makeup and wig in women's undies. If you can become a human being, treat the rest of us as human beings that may or may not appreciate your specific kinks, carry on conversations about things other than your specific kinks, they you and your kinks will be much better accepted.

Logic dictates that one of these positions can't be correct, as the person in question was modspanked yesterday and had pictures and comments removed and others put on Awaiting Approval. If the Mod saw fit to do this, then the opinions of others are justified. If the opinions were wrong, then why was he spanked? It's an endless argument on the boards and why a lot of hall monitoring has been called out lately. Berating people for berating people for berating people for berating people for doing something uncool. I've just done it now. If there's no TOS violation, why hall monitor? If there's a TOS violation, the Mods should take care of it. By the way, people ARE allowed to say someone LOOKS uncool. I know it's not a popular view, but the pics are posted with a reaction in mind. Do they all have to be positive? If I think he looks like Ron Wood in a drag contest gone wrong, then I can say so. You've all said we don't HAVE to look at the pics, but he also has the choice NOT to look at the responses.

It has been said over and over again, but people who are holier than thou who are defending people like the OP need to actually comprehend the displeasue of most of the posters. Another thing we ALL have to consider.......the bottom line is that the owners of the site will ALWAYS have the last word. What we find acceptable, they may not and visa versa. Secondly, it can come down to majority rule. If I call Domiguy a twat waffle and he calls me a douche nozzle (I still love that so had to slip it in), neither he nor I get our panties/boxers in a wad and the majority is not offended. It will stand. Yet it does technically violate TOS. I think it fits into that huge gray area where majority rules. Just as parts of this thread seems to have. It isn't always black and white. Sometimes it's going to be just like when my kids complained and wanted to know why I wouldn't let them do something or was making them do something they didn't want........."Because I said so." I didn't have a black and white reason, I was operating on my gut instincts.

This can be seen as permissable if the disclaimer is enforced, or until someone rules what 'explicit' exactly is.
