I will agree with you on this. Palin is the worst thing for the GOP, they either have to dump her and then split their vote or support her and go down with her

As for the notes, I just think it was dumb, and NO president has not used a teleprompter, her downfall is trashing everyone that does. It's the old "pot calling the kettle black"

I have not banged her yet. I am thinking of bringing her to SCATT.

While you and I generally do not share, I would feel less of a friend if I did not let you have a whack at her.

I was getting confused myself. I keep seeing these comparisons of the president to her. I am not sure if this is a way for folks on the left to say "see Obama is just as qualified as she is" or "I am glad he won, because if McCain would have passed away we would be stuck with her.".

52 seconds in you can quite clearly see the pair of prompters on the floor. There also appear to have been one in the podium. She clearly reads most of her speech but never shuffles a page as she would have had to do if she was reading the 1 hour speech from paper notes.

Crib notes are not a big deal but using them after having criticized PrezBo for using teleprompters is a bit hypocritical.

I saw him using teleprompters to address a sixth grade class. I wonder if he has them set up in their bedroom for late night chats with Michelle.
