Are you extremely rational and logical?

What?

Oh: I guess not. Thank you for answering my question.

I'm having a hard time following what you're saying. The patterns you're following, I'm only used to coming from people blowing social "dog whistles". Can you please clarify the intent of your communication, so that I understand what you're getting at?

What anti depressants have you tried?

Do you need some?

I honestly have no idea whether it's antidepressants that I need. I've tried Lithium, which simply reduced me to a catatonic zombie; I've tried Prozac and Paxil, both of which had absolutely no noticeable effects whatsoever; after that, the money ran out, the health insurance turned stupid, and I had to go back to busting my ass to get out of bed in the morning. Given that nothing I had tried worked, and I'm loathe to try anything without the supervision of a trained medical professional, no - I don't think I need any from "out-of-band" channels.

I've read that small adjustments in lithium dosage can prevent the "zombie" effects.

*nod* that said, I don't know if I'd be willing to try it again - I never want to feel that powerless.

I've heard it's a tough thing to deal with...I've had similar fun trying to find good migraine meds. It took about 3 years to get them dialed down a bit.
