"Is what a court of equity or law?"

Any court. Are you a lawyer or not ?

Oh, and don't worry about my legal status. I got busted four times in the last fifteen years and not once have I had to take any charge as written. And I don't even have to bring out the mumbo jumbo for that.

You seem to have it planted firmly in your mind "They are so big they can't be wrong". I do not share that approach. Last Thursday I get busted, OK. Then I get home and find one of my buddies got busted for his grow room. I gave his olady one of my lawyers' phone numbers and he will be acquitted. Unfortunately they do not have the $8,000 bail so it will cost them $800 for a bondsman, and a grand for my ole buddy Stu. After all he only had five plants.

You see the government as God whether you realize it or not. Well I do not. My Father told me "They can lock up my body but they can't lock up my mind". No tinfoil hats here.

But on the OP, I still have yet to seek out those instances of an EO being successfully challenged. I really would like to know on what grounds the case was brought under AMJ because it seems to be impossible. I'll get to it, I was busy.

Gee, where is your bitch when GWB did it, a simple look at a history book will show this has been used since we became a country

He chastised both Clinton and Bush in his OP:

"I didn't think the president has any such legitimate power or "authority," but I suppose that's never stopped them before seeing how "Slick Willy" and "George the Dumber" did in fact utilize executive orders during their respective administrations."

yet you still have throw in your little partisan jab.

Learn to read.

This is the kind of stuff I just don't understand - why folks don't care to read and understand. It seems far to common many first perceive it must be something they don't personally agree with, then immediately go on attack without one iota of effort to discuss anything in a honest effort to understand a different position.  Much less have the ability to effectively and politely point out the error another may have in their logic or belief system.

I find that when reading or posting here, the fun has just about gone out of it completely.  The signal is buried in the noise.  The information transfer rate is tending monotonically towards zero due to the free exchange of ideas so frequently being degenerated into tedious arguments that are either unwarranted, unnecessary, and/or sometimes rather silly. There are several frequent posters who seemingly strive to lower the signal to noise ratio in the forums.  It seems to me their antics are not caused by misunderstanding of the rules and values of this place.  They are quite deliberately manipulative, destructive, and distracting, given the fact that it is so common to see words being twisted around with such amazing frequency, folks not reading what others have written, links never opened, articles never read, all the snide remarks, personal insults and attacks. Which all seems rather childish?

I'm not asking for mod action; I'm quite convinced the mods do a pretty good job, and I want to publicly thank them for their efforts.  It's just a sign of our times.  What was once a refuge for a group of like-minded people to gather and interact with one another (some even seeking to expand their understanding of the mechanisms and theories of this lifestyle), has become an attractive nuisance, drawing in folks who don't know or care about others and their lives, this lifestyle, freedom, human dignity, or understanding the nature of the many challenges and foes we face.  They're just angry, and loud, and opinionated. This disgusting behavior simply degrades the experience for everyone.
So I’m contemplating hanging up my keyboard for a while.  If I decide this is best at this time, I won't delete my account or my posts (not sure if I even can do that), but I need to move on.  This just isn't worth it any more.

To those whom actually make this an enjoyable place to share and learn, thanks for all the great discussions and exchange of ideas.  Good luck.

Every open forum eventually sinks to its lowest common denominator. Volume (both decibels and quantity of posts) becomes a replacement for reason, and even the reasonable voices have to be raised to be heard above the din.

You're a liar and proving it has become boring.

8k bail is for a very minor offence. Anybody willing to spend some money on a lawyer can get off for a first offence in that case.

As to courts of law and equity. In most places in the US there is no longer any difference but in some places there remains a difference. Where the difference remains the courts will be clearly marked. The important point is that in a court of law a civil matter can only result in a cash judgement while in a court of equity you can also get injunctive relief.

Wow,did you type this with a straight face?
Are you even aware of the level of irony here?
Do you realize bullshit meters all over the world have just went off line as a result of this silly little post of yours?
