There has been an upswell in the number of threads falling victim to hijacking lately.  Some users appear to be using this as a mechanism to derail threads they don't agree with or think are stupid, or to take potshots at posters they might have issues with.  Whatever the reason behind the behavior, it isn't going to be tolerated here anymore.  There is always going to be some amount of unavoidable thread drift and there isn't really anything that can be done about that, but the overt efforts to kill or nullify threads/users can and will be dealt with. 

If you're one of the people who has been enjoying this tactic here of late, you're going to need to find a different means to get your jollies or limit yourself to practicing that  behavior solely in the Random Stupidity forum.

I, for one, can promise you that I didn't follow you to any other site that you've been banned from.  Unlike you, I've been here the whole time.  (That's not to say that I've never put anything on the boards that could have bounced Me out of here.  I kind of miss notes from Eleven.)  I also have a Fet account that I barely use and anyone can research that and see just how little that is.  The name is the same in both places.  You would have to actually provide Me with the name you use on Fet for Me to know that you exist there.

My personal thoughts and opinions, are this thread has been going in the direction ancipated and planned for, and the concept of it being "hijacked" is rather a guise.

So report those posts. When they see what they view as hijacking, they stomp it out. If you disagree your opinions are really pitch a fit, get over it, or find a different sandbox.
