"Obama’s proposal seeks to do away with unbalanced Medicaid assistance for states by providing 100 percent federal support for newly eligible individuals between 2014 and 2017, 95 percent support from 2018 to 2019 and 90 percent support from 2020 onward"

The above from thehill.com.
Can't wait to see the CBO scoring.
I may be flogging a dead dead dead dead horse.

States can opt of Medicaid, btw.

Yet none do. Imagine.

Imagine. CBO. Scoring.

So whatever is proposed should automatically pass?

Welcome to democracy.

Yup. And the states choose to stay with the program.

Because it works better than rhetoric.

Oddly enough, people keep calling me a liar and telling me how wrong i am, yet provide no proof for those statements.

Imagine. Lack of proof.

My point, which you seem utterly determined to ignore, is that CBO scoring of this most recent version of the slomo trainwreck that is Stealthcare seems to me to be very likely to render this bill unpassable because of cost. Anyone interested in reelection is looking for a reason to run from it anyway. Except The One his ownself.

Any fool can see that Obama has been utterly uninterested in bipartisanship, preferring instead to swing for the far-left fences.
Republicans have made proposals. Obamao has ignored them (other than giving some lipservice to the idea of considering tort reform at some unspecified time in the future).

I think you might be able to get your point across a whole lot better if it didn't stink of the poison of partisanship. Not singling you out, as it occurs on the other side as well.

Many around here are willing to listen to logical and rational points, such as pointing out that CBO estimates on the cost of programs are notorious for being low ball estimates. In reality their estimates are anywhere from 50% to 2600% below the actual costs. The same can be said for the estimates of revenue generation except in the opposite fashion, they estimate high and are normally off the mark by quite a bit.

Just some advice, take it for what it is worth.
