This is something I've thought about over the years, what is the ratio of serious dominants to serious submissives , male dom/female submissive

by serious i mean those that actually want to live the life and have a basic understanding of what it entails.

what have you observed?

1:1

every one always find 1 person that finds him/her serious ( no matter what others think off it) sooner or later

It is really unanswerable.  Too many people fall outside of the neat little definitions.  I am a hetero male sub.  But some people are part time sub, part time vanilla.  Some are switches.  Some straight, some gay, some bi.  And then you have to ask, how bi are they?  Some are masochists, but not submissive.  It would be impossible to get anywhere near accurate numbers.

Asking this is really not going to get concrete answers.

I would tend to think more along the lines of how many are going to actually go to some sort of "meat world relationship"..as opposed to "fucking around online"

The question is incoherent.

"Serious" is a complete variable measured differently by each person.

It helps that you tried to define what "serious" means for the purposes of the discussion but you chose malleable traits. Everyone wants to "live the life", but what that "life" is becomes wholly an assessment of his/her own. Consequently, everyone wants to live the life they want to live.

We need more specifics parameters here.

and that has very little to do with the question

I'm asking about those that want to live the life, 24/7 with someone regardless of what their kink is

Now that's a bit more specific.

So, you're asking what everyone thinks the ratio of 'full-time' D-types to full-time s-types is?

Hmm....I don't imagine there may be too much discrepancy in the end, but I might be inclined to say the numbers would fall a little heavier with the dominants.

Oh my, i am totally clueless on that. All i know for sure is in Sir's household we are both very serious about how we live and we live a M/s relationship.

Ratio is usually a guess don't you think. Who is to know or judge on this? Best of luck in finding your answer.

well if you need a sub to be Dom(me) ( and vice versa)..the ratio would be atleast 1:1

Your idea of a 24/7 authority exchange relationship is likely to be very different to someone elses, and therefore perhaps not constitute "serious". You may allow eye contact without permission, they may not. Who is more serious? This question will endless circle ... and never be answered ... blah, blah, blah.

Domi, considering where a "douche nozzle" is traditionally used according to the written instructions, I'd dare say that MANY men posting on this site would LOVE to be, or at least know what it feels like, to be a "douche nozzle".

Just sayin......Not that your name calling skills should come under question.

The question is impossible to answer.  My definition of serious is going to be different than another person's.  So, which one of us would be right to the actual meaning of serious.

As for the ratios that folks are throwing around, the 1:1 thing just hasn't been My experience over the years.  I'm sure someone will come along to disagree with Me, but I just don't see the numbers stack up in the same comparison with the vanilla population.  There have always been more males on both sides of the kneel interested in wiitwd than females.  It's in men's best interest to understand that from the beginning and know that they absolutely will have competition.

Never fear.  I can promise you that at least one person that I know is still quite liberal with the term 'cock smoker'.
