if you take into account that medicine in other countrys are provided for there citizens for free, and do function, or did function for many years without any major hicups, and in some cases no hicups in general then you can see there is no good reason not to have a free health care in the usa consider for example a typical dentist trip or trip to get a vaccine cost a x sum amount but if it was mass produced for all the costs will go from expensive, to low to rediculously low in short a vaccine that costs 25c to make is sold from $25 and up, and can be mass produced to only cost 1c per 10 vaccines you could also do such a mass amount of vaccines, you would aquire stockpiles, at cost effective amounts, of not just one vaccine but of many, even so, that a three years down the line, they can make yearly clear out can become common place, and these vaccines a month or two before expiration date can then be sent to thirdworld countrys, again because they of course would cost nothing at this point, it would only cost 80% less than it does currently and in an amount that has been unheard of but these ideas, of course would mean medical companys wont get there HUGE amounts of profits sure they would still make a lot of money, can still afford r&d at the exact same level they do currently in all honesty companys being afraid of hiring folk because of the free medical care costs must be more concered with the fact is they can potentially be easier to catch them hiring illegals but in the uk, illegal or not, your hurt at the door, or if you call 999 "our version of 911" then your going to medical help if you broken a leg and turn up stuck in a gimp suit, we dont care, we are going to fix you up because we love our fellow man, even the weirdos
