'White Feather' was about Hathcock, but it was written by Roy and Norm Chandler.  Hathcock never authored any books.

yup because people unconsciously go through life taking it for granted as long as they think they have it.  When they wake up after its gone they have nothing left to lose, then they fight for freedom.
