Netanyahu faces 'moment of truth' after US slams Israel 'insult'

I'm a supporter of the State of Israel, and willing to cut them a lot of slack as well, but here, I'm with the Obama Administration.

This announcement, coming when it did...  Insult is a good word.

Of course, that is tempered by a concern that this admin is so desperate for a "win" right now that they are going to overplay the hand, and blow anything good that might come from this mess...

somehow- this -- seems like a rerun.

Hopefully the event has derailed the nuclear war that is coming with Iran.

"First of all, I suggest that we not get carried away – and that we calm down," Netanyahu said."

Let me translate :

"Boy, time for you to have another look at the JFK assassination tape, and realize why US intelligence has it from 9,435 different angles, shot live". I assume the pun would be intended in this case.

Great piece in the Sunday Times editorial section...basically stating that Biden's reaction to the timing of this should of been akin to a friend taking the car keys away from an inebriated friend.

This just shows that Israel never has has any respect for the USA, and since they take so much of our money (and I am not talking loans either)they owe us respect.

We yank all their aid, problem solved!

according to Biden, the US has "no better friend than Israel" - on hehalf of your other allies, can I recommend you ring them when you want help with anything in future?
see if their young men will be happy to die alongside yours, see if they will spend THEIR $$$ in the "global interest"

you pay em $$$millions (all those "loans" turned to grants, military equipment etc)
they repeatedly fuck you over
they wont EVER help if its not in their immediate best interests

they have the Polaroids - and America hasn't the balls to call their bluff - like a chihuahua leading a Rottweiler - you are just their bitches

Would it be possible for you to translate and explain what the topic of this thread has to do with JFK's assassination?

Which of your entitlements are you willing to give up?

I'm going to assume by the word "your" you are meaning American entitlements in general.

We could start with.......oh let's say..........all of 'em. And at that I do mean entitlements and not earned benefits or constitutional intentions.

But I fail to see where your quiry, as presented, is relevant to the thread or my sarcastic overture.

edited to clarify my thoughts in order to reduce the chances of context manipulation.

Well we could start with the road system, you can just quit driving on them, that would be a start to living what you preach

Uhmmmmm, no......the fuel taxes and road use taxes pay for the roads so there is no entitlement there... That would be an earned benefit and part of the provisions set up for interstate commerce as per the Constitution, or something like that.

But again, relevance to the Israel topic?

OK, so everyone who has ever worked has paid into Social Security, and that is considered an entitltement and not an earned benefit?

Personally I'd call it an earned benefit to those that have payed in. But it's amazing how many that draw that didn't pay or payed very little. I prefer to view it as a poorly conceived and terribly managed Big Government Vote and Enfluence Purchasing Program.

Again though......relevance?

Pull out of Israel, let them sink or swim, they as a nation, should be standing on their own two feet by now, they don't need support, fuck 'em.

If you were to actually look it up you would find that SS is a voluntary insurance program.
Is it your position that if you buy an insurance policy on your life and make only a few payments before you die that your benificiary should not be paid because you only made a few payments?

No I was speaking of the ones that you take personally
We could start with.......oh let's say..........all of 'em. And at that I do mean entitlements and not earned benefits or constitutional intentions.

So you want to give up your mortgage interest deduction?
Dependent deductions?
Military preference in civil service hiring?

But I fail to see where your quiry, as presented, is relevant to the thread or my sarcastic overture.

It is relevant to the degree you wish to give up your entitlements or just that you want others to give up theirs?

Israel is an anomaly, something like giving Texas to the Gitmo victims.
