Only if you drive, sweetheart. I still have my state ID from South Carolina, accepted no matter where i go, even by the police.

You are forced to buy something in order to do business or travel. No disputing that fact.

Say folks, why is it ok for MA to mandate insurance coverage, but not the Feds?  It's still a forced purchase.

You might want to check article 4 of the Constitution.  It is required that they do so.

Because while states have to follow federal mandates, states are allowed to make theirs even more encompasing.

By the way, you do know that it is not working out so well for MA, right?

Working great for Hawaii.

And my point about the ID cards is how everyone that opposes the mandate swears we are not forced to purchase anything else. Well, guess what, we are.
