ETA: It was coffee that took me the handcuffs/Indecent....appropriate methinks...lol

I'm sorry, ShellyD, but if you call it eXpresso, you're not allowed to have any!!!!!  It is eSpresso.

/end rant]

In the home where I am living, there is one of those Keurig things.  It wouldn't be my choice of a coffee maker at all, because I can't usually get a cup strong enough for me.  Although Coffee People has put out a line of K-cups of Black Tiger & Jet Fuel, so I'm ok with those.

I also have Stok in my room, so I can chug down a 40 mg caffeine shot as soon as my eyes are open.  Helps me to find my way downstairs.

Who is this anyway???

Well that's easy enough to fix, just use more coffee grounds than they say to use. Most people find the coffee I make undrinkably strong. That suits me fine, more for me.

I have no coffe pot since I don't drink coffee.  I'm an avid tea drinker though.

French press, I'm the only drinker. When not going decaf, I like to drink Starbucks YUKON blend preferably in the afternoon with lots of reading material.

I use a drip pot. And thanks to a local co-op I'm enjoying a nice Ethopian blend that is borderline religious experience.

Although I've been thinking about getting a French press.

Love it.  Can't live without it.  Am drinking a cup right now.  One of life's greatest pleasures.

I have a few health conscious friends who nag me to give it up, but I counter that I read in Eat Right 4 Your Type that coffee is fine for Blood Type A and they can just go ahead and mind their own damn business, thank you very much.

When I was in my 20's, my yoga instructor told me to give it up.  I lasted about two days, then was back on it.  He was right about quitting smoking, though.  Glad I quit early in life when it wasn't that hard.

The Keurig uses these pre-measured pre-packaged little cups with the grounds inside.  I would have to poke a hole in it & pour the extra grounds in a grain at a time.

Neither Master nor i drink much coffee.
Occasionally i'll drink it if offered when it's very cold.
We've often considered getting a coffee maker for guests, but haven't yet.

I didn't know that, I've never heard of Keurigs. Maybe you could have explained without the eye roll, yes?

Can't respond since you left off two required choices:
- French Press
- I want a pony

You can get a washable cup to fill yourself for those Keurigs machines.
I buy french roast whole bean, Starbucks or Seattle's Best, and a cone filter. with occasional french press.
I don't consider flavors to be gourmet.
Coffee is serious business! :)

I want a pony that enjoys a nice decaf dark roast blend.

Edited to add: I don't actually drink coffe. More of a tea drinker, like Red.

But Master, there's plenty of coffee for everyone. I wouldn't think of drinking yours. That could be bad for my backside.
