Real - US forces have killed and maimed plenty of British forces of late in "friendly fire" incidents, many of which were pre-emptive - ie no one fired on the Americans from the British positions. Does this make me angry? Hell yes. Do I regard it as murder? No. Its an awful and inevitable part of modern war. Do I think the American forces responsible should be prosecuted? No, for the reasons I argued before. Similar applies in this instance. E

Well, it still looks like murder to me. I'm really surprised about how little most up here value human life. I could just imagine the outrage, if two kids, two journalists and a bunch of random people were gunned done by terrorists, oh the outrage.... For the record, I think most of you are hypocrites, of the highest order. Final Evaluation... feel free to post anything back. You are just justifying low standards for murder, that you would under no conditions accept as justified if it were you going to investigate what the reporter was up to. Seriously, they could see kids in the van, and still fired, from there helicopter, after already taking out what they guessed had a small chance of being an RPG. What the fuck..... Anyway, I'm truly sickened... People will justify anything I suppose, even murder in the name of _________.

No one's saying they like it or condone it NTUY. What theyre saying (I believe) is that its one of those things that happens in a situation of armed conflict, wherein nothing that happens as part of that conflict is good. E

K. I have videos that are pristine crystal clear where you can see the wtc getting blown all to hell but by the time you convert them to boo tube they are so fuzzy you can barely see any of it. (well except for chandlers) That and if you watch they can zoom right in on them. If you ever seen those cameras you would be shocked at how good they are. Its a common error to think that what we see on these upload sites are the actual quality seen by the gunner. Those guys were just strolling around, hardly anyone in combative operations. Now had the helo taken fire at least they would have had an excuse. Murder plain and simple. Especially with those 2 little kids like they cant tell those were small bodies even as blurry as that was. Murder plain and simple. Then the SOP of cover up.

You're just twisting the facts to support an emotionally driven conclusion. I understand you're angry about this, but your anger is misplaced. You're lashing out and placing blame where it doesn't belong, because you need an outlet for your anger. But in blaming the guys in the helicopter, you're missing the people who are really responsible for this tragedy - the people who put that helicopter there in the first place. And calling people who disagree with you hypocrite who are justifying the murder of innocent children isn't really going to do anyone any good on any level.

Oh and one other thing, a Bradley isn't a fucking "tank". The Bradley IFV is a replacement for the old M113 armored troop carrier. There is no main gun. Instead, the two man turret mounts a 25mm Bushmaster chain gun, a 7.62mm machine gun, and two TOW missle launchers. But, unh, it does have tracks [:D] K.
