ORIGINAL: TheHeretic You certainly seemed to be implying it by stating that a distictly conservative site was no rebuttal to it (especially when I tossed out the Weekly Standard as an alternate view, not a direct counter). I read HuffPost regularly, and appreciate the perspective they offer, but I find them far more wacky partisan than the WS. For crying out loud, it's the house organ of the Hollywood left! So now I implied rather than stated? Is that what you are saying? You see, Rich, this exchange has been a perfect example of why so many conservatives get in to bitch fights with the non-conservative posters. Any time any one of us disagrees with any of your opinions or heros, you guys immediately make assumptions concerning our motives and/or beliefs. Just because I stated that the Weekly Standard is very partisan - which is a well known fact among us political junkies - you automatically jumped to the conclusion that I was therefore defending the integrity of the Huffington Post. Not being a partisan conservative does not necessarily mean that we must therefore be a partisan liberal. Some of us will find fault on both sides. btw - you've never asked me what I thought of the Huff Post, and I haven't offered it, you just made alot of assumptions based on your own partisan bias
