That is such a profound crock of shit.

Want no one to take this seriously? Just leave in the parts about fiat currency, the "natural born citizen", North American Union, and the lack of well-regulated state militias (do you really think you could herd a bunch of cats into a well-regulated militia?)

This whole action may make your socks go up and down, but will have about as much effect as a fart in a windstorm, mostly because it's such an assortment of bizarrity.

Realone insists that the bombing of the Federal Building in Oklahoma city was a government operation, regardless of the fact that McVeigh confessed to doing it, and there is no proof or photographic proof of the "Two Explosions" that Realone insists happened.

The sad fact that two men were responsible for the blast that killed 168 and Realone completely denies the facts, and people like him who could care less about the confession and facts of the case, treats their deaths more like a joke than a fact to be angry about.

Article 5 of the Constitution says that "the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments". Unless 33 State Legislatures called for a Convention and I missed it ... these guys have just produced a useless hoax.

I don't watch TV, gimme a transcript if you want specifics but here is how it is.

Powers not enumerated in the Constitution to the federal government are reserved for the states or the people. However people get their dick in an uproar with this shit and forget that there are powers whaich ARE enumerated by the Constitution as a legitimate process and purpose of the federal government.

The Constitution has been usurped of course and things need to change, but without enough popular support for a real revolution it must be done within the framework of the law, which is of course embodied in the Constitution. Here's where people get lost.

Now the way I read it, theoretically if the People got together and supported and proved it, by ballot, 535 members of both houses, technically we could throw the bums out. This is as about as technical as something a good gumba told me when we bought this house with a sufferance tenant. Now I know why the word sufferance is used. It was found that while I could not just take a few goons in there and move her out, there was nothing she could do to stop me from moving in. Understand I do not have the right to remove her, but I have every right to be there because we have absolutely no contract. I really hoped she would stick around long enough for me to test that theory. So in essence, new duly elected representatives, using the correct lawful vehicle we should be able to simply displace the thugs who exist there now. However this is all legal theory at best and surely isn't going to happen.

Whatevr that website has to say about it, we are not the ones who interpret the Constitution. It is nice to have the hopes and dreams of a child, but sometimes the child's dreams are akin to the chicken who crossed the road. Some of them get run over by a bus.

Get it through your head, they have more guns. Yes that is an occupational government, and I do not argue that point in any way. But there are only two ways to fix this mess, the ballot box or the cartridge box. Neither option is very attractive right now.

Here's a reality check, that's not how amendments are ratified! As a matter of fact the Supreme Court has specifically ruled that a referendum is no substitute for the Constitutionally approved methods.
