Smutmonger -> RE: "broken subs" (4/28/2010 8:52:45 AM)

I spent most of my childhood cleaning up after and feeding a viscious german shepard my step father got-but would not train. My reward for doing so was to have the dog try to attack any friends I brought home. I have reasons for not liking dogs. This is unlikely to change. This does not make me a "bad person" just a guy who doesn't like things other people do. I just find them digusting, pissing on everything in sight. quote:

ORIGINAL: Smutmonger I see "division of labor" as a good and needful thing in most circumstances. But a mutual and agreed upon contribution IS being made. That's the part that shows commitment. It was the poodle hug that UniqueRaven gave you that made you feel better, wasn't it?[:D] See this I understand, saying that you need them to be actively contributing to the relationship... to your lives. My first impression was the idea that if they were looking to stay at home, you were labelling them as useless leaches, trying to be utterly irresponsible. Seemed entirely unfair to say! And you confessed to not liking dogs, so it does make you suspect[;)] ~s
