These are mom & pop places, not national chains. They require a deposit on booking, and if you cancel with less than 30 days notice, there is no refund on the deposit. I don't see them offering anything they aren't already offering.
Having said that, a place has been chosen! For privacy reasons, we won't be naming the place here, but everybody contact me who needs to know the details. Also make sure I have your cell phone number (I got a new phone recently and discovered that not all the numbers transferred over. Blecch.).
It won't be like last year with all the bewbage-y goodness in one room, but we'll be close enough to each other that it won't matter.
