Okay, the day AFTER tomorrow is travelling day!!

My friend who is at his place in Punta Gorda says it is 106 at the beach today. So, I want to remind those of you NOT used to beach holidays: SUNSCREEN. HAT. Light, long sleeved shirt or oversized t-shirt to protect from the sun. Beach shoes, because the white sand is just astoundingly hot.

Are we there yet?

I'm taking a few minutes break from cleaning the house (friend is staying here while I'm gone), and from doing laundry, and getting stuff ready.  I packed up all my non-G-rated schtuff to stash at my best friend's place (my mom will have a key to my place while I'm away, and I'd rather avoid that conversation).  Except when I got it all packed up, I started pulling things back out... I'll just take this, oh and that, oh and THIS might be fun...

I wish I could spend a few days off.. but I did get some time with the Ladies at the airport, and breakfast today...   The room is cool.  Overlooking the beach and pools. 

And I apologize to Hibbie and Cali for the lack of a/c in the car (and the assorted crap that has accumulated in there.. but it was WORSE before I cleaned it out.. hey, I'm the only one in it, so the passenger side and back seat become the repository for the random stuff I think I want to keep and then forget about ..LOL)

I will try to make it in one morning, and then you guys are stuck with me on Monday ;)

I am so sorry I am missing this. Health has me staying put right now..more than likely my traveling days are over. But Cali, I want to say that I will be thinking of you and wishing I was there to give you your bd spanking, since I was the only one last year who gave it to you hehe

Frannie I miss you and wish that I could see you. All my love is going out to Florida this week for y'all to have a fanstastic time!
