What about wearing Tom Landry's hat while sporting Michelle Obama's inauguration gown?

You would be stunning!!! Her dress would accentuate your package.

that outfit, while he got a blowjob while watching an indians game  to make it damn near perfect.

The Flats.  That's where all the nightlife is, pretty good nightlife, actually.  Lots of live music venues and clubs, some even have live sex shows    (At least they used to).

If you go south about 60 miles on I-77, easy drive, you'll come to Canton, which is my old hometown, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame is there, worth seeing if you're into that.  My son is head bartender at an establishment near there, I can let you know where, and if you stop in, I can arrange free beer for you. :)

Cleveland is my birthplace, so you can do a quick bow to mecca over the Cuyahoga River if it doesn't light on fire.

Thanks for the Flats info Windy..
I spent a night in a Super 8 motel in Canton once.  Probably better as a different thread.
I've also been to the HOF.  Stopped in on my way to an ND vs BC game.

It might amaze you what the area has to offer.

I would be happy to point out some things if you tell me what you are looking for.

Thanks Rule.  Interests are very diverse.  Think "Dos Equis Most Interesting Man in the World commercial"..... except he's done time

Food, Music, Sports, Arts, History, Weirdos would be a good starting point...

Edited to add:  A floating poker game would be high on the list too....

That is doable!

And if any loser Tribe fans heckled me, I could tell them, "It's a kilt, dammit, a kilt!!" Then do the unscrewing a lightbulb miss amercia wave, as I kicked them down the steps.

Here are a few.  If anything looks interesting I'll give you details.

Warehouse District Guide - Cleveland.com

Warehouse District 1382 W 9th St, Cleveland, OH 44113

Nightlife in The Flats, Cleveland,OH

Nautica Pavilion

Cleveland Area Beaches - Northeast Ohio Beaches

Chagrin Falls' "Art by the Falls" is held the second Saturday and Sunday of June each year.

Little Italy's Murray Hill art district

Cuyahoga Valley National Park (U.S. National Park Service)

Cuyahoga Valley National Park - Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath Trail

Blossom Music Center Concert Tickets, Schedule, Information

Cleveland Orchestra

University Circle

Edited to add that I forgot to mention the best place for kink.  It used to be called Metropolis but recently changed to Dream.

It's  a nightclub in the Flats and they hold a number of fetish parties every year.  I don't know if there will be anything while you are in town.

Also, I heard the Flats was closed down. Not entirely sure, The local radio sports guys were talking about it during the Bulls VERY short playoff run

The Flats isn't what it used to be.

When you went down on a Friday or Saturday it was impossible to find parking unless you were there early.

Two things happened.  The first was an area up the hill called the Warehouse District became trendy with a lot of upscale clubs and restaurants which siphoned off a lot of business.

The second was a developer that owned a large portion of real estate in the Flats decided that waterfront condos would be more profitable than the existing bars and restaurants.  He raised rents and created other conditions to the point many establishments were forced to close.

There still is nightlife there though and places worth visiting.

Hmmmm, now that you mention it there is not a hell of alot. I mean we got our share of bars, but thinking about it what else ? Something unique, something out of the ordinary.

Oh boy, you might not even want to come, I don't go to the Rock Hall Of Fame because alot of good artists have not been inducted. I mean when Michael Jackson is in there and Mark Farner isn't, that is NOT a Rock anything, it's a Pop something. NASA might still have a museum if you're into stuff like that. I haven't been there in decades, I mean I was a little kid. I sat in one of the first space capsules (or whatever, the ones they land in the ocean) and I was so young it's not funny. I was sitting in it and there were kagillions of toggle switches and I started flipping them, actually hoping it might start up or something and cause a commotion. Yup I was a nasty lil fucker.

Wow, now I'm really going to get depressed. Right now I have some serious health, legal and financial problems. But thinking about it, with my money right, the legal problems behind me and in good health, there is not shit to do ! Well I guess they might as well put my ass on prozac.

Huh, well I could probably hook you up with a really fun Mustang to rent. I can get you a genuine jailhouse tattoo. The flats isn't really quite dead, but the taxes went up so much that most of the places moved to the warehouse district. Those are the places that cost as much as like in NYC, but you get Cleveland instead.

Hmmm, now I want to move, how about I just come home with you ?

I'll consult Sach, he is an expert on these things. His family has been involved with the industry, but I don't know if he has any connections now. At one time we did get to go to some concerts and stuff for free. Well not counting the intoxicants of course.

Anyone can go online and find the same things. But what is special or unique ? I'll have to get back to you. I'll talk to Sach later today, maybe come up with something. He is also a walking road map. I mean sure it would be nice to tip a few, but for the whole time here ? I mean it might be interesting to come into my "parlor" and kick it with the hillbillies who live with me, and believe me they are nucking futs. But that can get old. Understand that this place is sort of a dive, but I might get the Woman to make chicken cordon bleu(sp). Damn good in fact. That might burn up one day, but what else is there ?

I'll see what I can find.

He is far from lazy. Sometimes the best way to find the things off the beaten path is to ask those who know the area and live there.
You're attitude is endearing.....

Seriously DomYngBlk, you're new here so I'm sure you haven't realized that alot of us visit each other's cities & states, have dinner together etc. We also seek advice from one another...something as simple as "What can I do when I'm in your area" so I don't consider Shorebound lazy at all. Matter of fact, quite the opposite...he could just sit around doing nothing but he's actively trying to find the best activites to keep busy while he's away from his lovely slave.

If your in town on the 16th, head down to peabody's on E 22 st, check out Chimaria, a local band that got big. Fair warning though, the pit at Peabody's is NOT for the faint of heart, especially at a Chimaria show.
