1. This isn't a court of law.

2. If this were a court of law, YOU would be the one making the allegation. The allegation is "people in the US are trying to institute Shariah law" and YOU are making that positive assertation. The reply (no they aren't) would be the 'defense' position.

3. If you're going to claim something is true, and someone asks you for a supporting reference, the correct answer is not "why don't YOU prove it's NOT true." Just saying shit is not an argument.
