No where does sr225, the resolution you referenced, proclaim Barack Hussein Obama a "naturnal born citizen" as the son of two U.S. citizens...or any reasonable facimile thereto. It doesnt need to proclaim him the son of two US citizens. The fact that it proclaims him born in Hawaii is enough to satisfy the constitutional requirement to be a natural born citizen.
