Now...lemme tell you something, dude. No one that i have ever seen (and i have been here awhile) successfully "decides" to join the BDSM world because they are a societal misfit. True BDSMers are not made...they are born. Someone who thinks they will find a safe haven here is probably right, as we are a tolerant bunch, but when they actually attempt to LIVE it and be something they are not...it will crash in on them.
Your stance on a young woman joining a BDSM community is as stupid as a heterosexual deciding he/she belongs in a homosexual community as a societal escape. Certainly there will be acceptance, but when push comes to shove, there will be no happiness.
