Granted: by the way, you're organising it, the artist doesn't have a guest list of buyers, the design for invites means they all have to go out by post, not email, No-one else is coming into the office this week, the weather prospects are cold, there's a public transport stike, your local off-licence is out of glasses, The artist wants 20 invites for his closest friends and girls he fancies, you're opening against a collection of never publically seen Leonardo davinci sketches, including "Jesus and son" and AlQuaida will perform a minor strike in your home town 2 days before the opening.
