No shit.  He had enough sense to call it off and stood there and told everyone what was going on when he could have taken off and let someone else stand in the rain and do it. I feel bad for the people who had to miss it, but to try and blame that on Obama is really stretching.

Isnt memorial day held the same monday of the year? every year??...its kinda an annual event, ...not moveable, happening all over the country... rain wind or shine.... no one plans around the weather cos its EVERY FREAKIN YEAR.
not a last minute event, not something you can hold over to another sunny day...... im sure he could demand it not rain, but then you would only whine about that too.
