And another young woman is found dead after an evening in this man's company.... and 5 years to the day of Holloways disappearance Only this time, video footage may be his downfall.

Now, mind you, these are only allegations.

He is also being accused of extorting money.

Well, this was bound to happen now daddy died. Without his father, who was a judge, to clean up after him, he's in big trouble, especially considering that Peru doesn't exchange prisoners to the Netherlands, and South American jails are equaling a death sentence for any European. Although I do believe his story from the first disappearance. He and a high profile girl did some drugs, girl was smart enough to dance on the balcony and fell to her death. And wasn't Holloway related to Bush somehow, and then an accidental drug death, yeah I can imagine rather getting rid of the body than letting "Lady Justice" do her work.

However, this last death seems to indicate some serious behavioural problems, and perhaps psychopathy...

Okay.  Ironclad proof that he accompanied her to his room, she was strangled and killed in that room, and then he fled the country.  I honestly can't see any feasible defense.  He's toast.

I thought < and think > the same as Blush, when I heard this news. I believe in Peru you are guilty until proven innocent and the standard is a preponderence of evidence, not reasonable doubt. I hope he rots in the worst Peruvian jail they have. Even if they had the death penalty in Peru, I would prefer a life sentence. This elitist, smug litle bastard deserves to endure a lifetime of misery, and hopefully a few beatings and anal adventures on a regular basis. And not the good kind.

Even if he didn't do anything to the women (which I highly doubt) he's a creep and it's only a matter of time before he does do something to a woman. And I agree with tazzy - I think they should be looking into disappearances over the last few years on May 30th where ever he was at on that day.

It could also be that May 30th has meaning for him because it's the date he murdered Holloway and if he hadn't been arrested for Flores' murder he would have started a career as a serial killer. Who knows what's rolling around in that head.
