Bra-less?

Cheap slut!

Arpig -> RE: Fired for being to sexy? (6/5/2010 5:12:51 PM)

Yeah, but Montreal is NOT the real world...its about the last place in North America where women are expected to be sexy...God I need to get down there for a vists...just strolling the streets there is good for an old man's soul.

Debrahlee Lorenzana claims in court papers that she was forced out of her Manhattan Citibank job because she was too good looking, reports the New York Post. According to the paper, Lorenzana says she was subject to "improper comments" and was reprimanded for dressing sexily - when all she was doing was dressing professionally.

This quote came from the photos.

quote:

When Debrahlee Lorenzana complained about the treatment, her court papers say she was stripped of some of her duties before Citibank approved her request for a transfer to a new branch. The New York Post says she claims her situation did not improve with the transfer, and she was reprimanded, unfairly according to her, for not signing up enough new customers.

This one as well. Question. She must be an intelligent woman, considering her position with the bank. Why woudl any woman allow "innapropriate comments" to continue? A sexual harassment case can pay big bucks and its not that hard to catch something on audio tape.

She is pretty. I dont see sexy. But thats just my opinion. My opinion on this case is that she is full of shit. But, again, just my opinion based upon what i do know about sexual harassment.

littlewonder -> RE: Fired for being to sexy? (6/5/2010 7:21:54 PM)

yeah, I read about this and saw her on tv...she's not that pretty or sexy imo.

Imo I don' t think it had anything to do with her being "too sexy".

I think she was picked on at work because she thinks she's hotshit and she's probably not as bright as she thinks she is.

Maybe it was just a poor job performance. Some people can not handle the truth. Her dress is rather moderate and tasteful. She may just fantasize.

I recommend you go back and read the reports before posting. It might make you look a little bit brighter.

I saw the report. This is what SHE says with the lawsuit pending. This is America, people lie if it pays. The bank says it was her OVERALL  performance not just the dress code. It is your choice what to believe. I can understand why the case has been shifted towards her claims: it sells news. Only fool believes all what they hear and read these days.

She is fairly sexy, but I also tend to wonder, is she overestimating herself, perhaps.

tazzygirl -> RE: Fired for being to sexy? (6/5/2010 7:50:42 PM)

We saw the pics, Level. You seem to have chosen the two hottest ones. I dont think she is all that sexy. Pretty yes. With an over inflated self opinion, extremely possible.

Level -> RE: Fired for being to sexy? (6/5/2010 7:53:26 PM)

Why wouldn't I chose the two "hottest" ones, when that's the point I'm trying to make? And, unless you are gay, or bi, your opinion of her sexiness is not to be held to the same level as a straight man's [:D]

tazzygirl -> RE: Fired for being to sexy? (6/5/2010 8:05:53 PM)

LOL

Im the one grabbing Master's arm to point out the sexiest women i see.

She is pretty and dumb. A smart woman would have sued.

Here in Montréal we have put an end to puritanical ways and let women assert their femininity.

Obviously you've never been in a position of considering whether or not to make a sexual harassment complaint and also consider how this could stunt your career development.

I said it was my opinion. I dont care how it came across to you. Yet you seem to believe you are the authority on everything when it doesnt agree with YOUR beliefs.

The woman is either a liar or a moron. You figure out which.

If I had to guess, she either turned down the wrong boss, or one of the boss's wives told her cuck hubby she had to go.

Great input. Male subs. Geeez.

tazzygirl -> RE: Fired for being to sexy? (6/5/2010 8:38:14 PM)

Oh LA, you dont know as much as you believe you do. I have, in the past and recently. You are assuming things once again. The first was right out of college. The second was with a co-worker. I dont do much telling of personal events. They arent your business unless i decide they are. Both cases i won. Let me put it this way. If you believe lodging such charges against a Physician you work with wont affect a career, then you obviously dont know what you are talking about.

domiguy -> RE: Fired for being to sexy? (6/5/2010 8:42:56 PM)

I believe there is much more to this story. She definitely ain't the sharpest knife in the drawer. Why would she make those other photos of herself even available for the interview?

I thought most intelligent women had a pretty good handle on how to keep their nips out of the picture.

I was surprised the interviewer didn't comment on her nip.

I love how LadyA is adamant that the nipchick has got to be in the right here. Me thinks it is probably going to go down (no pun intended) an entirely different route.

She used poor judgement in the interview why would she be any different when doing her job?

Were you ever put in a situation where you had to decide whether or not to file sexual harassment charges? Have you ever or do you know anyone who has?

I have and I decided it wasn't worth the trouble. It was easier to laugh at the asshat. 2 other girls in the same office felt the same way. The 3rd one didn't, but she was sleeping with him, so I am not sure if she counts or not.

laurell3 -> RE: Fired for being to sexy? (6/5/2010 8:46:36 PM)

Yeah I agree with Domi,

Seriously? How old were you when you first realized that wearing tight cotton shirts even with a bra would show your nipple outline? That's not rocket science.

There's not enough information here to determine either way whether her collegues were out to get her or she's just trolling for big bucks. But I do agree she made a poor decision on the interview wardrobe.

cloudboy -> RE: Fired for being to sexy? (6/5/2010 8:55:28 PM)

Maybe Domiguy Industries has an opening? I'm sure your wardrobe policy is more liberal.

Perhaps. But ever notice that whenever a woman claims sexual harassment, the first thing that is going to be dragged out is how she looks, what she's wearing, anything in her past, to the point that it becomes a non-issue if she was or not. It turns into a media sex scandal circus.

That is the reason I've never reported any sexual harassment complaint and I've discouraged friends from doing it.

1. No personal attacks.

2. Trim quotes.

Those who do not comply will be subject to Mod Harassment.
