quote:
ORIGINAL: NewDomCouple87 But even still, regarless of how you feel, others feel differently. I understand that you don't care about their viewpoint, and neither do I personally. But it's still useful to think about how others view your actions, be it to give yourself an opposing viewpoint to broaden your own, allowing you to form contrary arguments, or in the rare case, to show you some error in your line of thought that needs correcting in order to further bolster your opinion. It seems like either I'm explaining poorly or you are missing key parts of my argument. Regardless of how others see your act, your perception still overrides. Like I said earlier "it boils down to there only being a dominant or submissive act in the context of the people involved and their viewpoints." How others feel is completely inconsequential. You are trying to give credence to people outside of the dynamic when what they think doesn't mean squat. My dominance isn't up for review and nobody outside of My household gets to put a grade on it.
