Termyn8or -> RE: Bug reporting (6/24/2010 6:58:50 AM)

I don't think I would make a big issue out of this. If someone chooses to burn up a phone number making it so public, they deserve what happens to them. However if it is a sex line or something like that it might fall under the category of a scam. What you're talking about specifically might be beyond the abilities of even the Admins here, the sofware vendor might have to be contacted. To say the least, I would not expect an emergency rewriting of code at a secret location in the side of a mountain somewhwere near area 51. As far as reporting profiles, my attitude is why bother ? Even if someone puts up "I hate Termyn8or" I would be more likely to contact them and thank them for the personal attantion. However if you are a programmer you know how to look at the source code. If you have an editor that'll get you through all the gobblety gook, you can always just edit it and send it to someone in charge around here. Since they are volunteers you get what they get. No pay, and any changes you make will result in at least one person hating your guts. I would rather they deal with the problem of after sending a cmail, using the back button sometimes resends it, resulting in multiple copies beng sent, looking like spam. T
