A headache is a headache, no matter who's dime it's on mine or there's lol. A lot of people get side swiped by the first hot days of summer, it's hot, they're not used to it, maybe they get a bit dehydrated, I've had a history of headaches clear back to age18, and I was pretty healthy in my teens, so it's not entirely the type of health related that's related to " if you took better care of yourself" Intense heat triggers my therapists headaches too. And she's a tiny, skinny, very healthy lady. Her daughter who's very fit as well, and is a life guard, gets headaches nausea and heat sickness as well. And yeah, of course if you take better care of yourself you feel better, but you could be in tip top, perfect height of health and I'd be willing to bet you can still get heat rash. Would you tell children and infants, who also can get prickly heat rash, and other heat related ailments, take better care of yourself and you probably won't get rashes? And even very healthy people suffer from headaches.. * edited because I left out ache on the head part.*quote:
ORIGINAL: DarlingSavage If I was out shopping, I would NEVER get a headache! Especially if somebody else was spending THEIR money! To be perfectly honest, though, you wouldn't be having these problems if you took better care of yourself. Just sayin'. I'm pretty sure any other health related problems you may be having could also be attributed to how you take care of yourself, i.e. your skin rash. And, yes, I did just say all that! Oh yes, I did!
