Why is this man given any credibility and or attention?

This makes no sense. The age of consent in Hawaii is 14. There would be no need to be a "legal guardian", and I would be very surprised if status as legal guardian in any state would make violating their age of consent rules legitimate. Marriage, yes, legal guardian, no.

Why does he have credibility with the right? Why does Rosie O'Donnell have credibility with the left? At least the Amboy Duke speaks common sense.

Ted has a pretty strange career in Music, So did so many. Why do the Right Like him? Cause they do, He talks about Guns, and Red Meat, and Killing things to Survive, and Small Government, and getting on your Senators Asses and telling them what you want.

He is in essense the image they think America should reflect.

Allow me to rephrase that, he is the Image that some people think the Right think america shoud reflect.... I have noticed Ted being used to make fun of the right more than promote it.

What you should be asking is why conservatives are giving him credibility and attention.

He's more of a nutcase now that he is "clean and sober" than he was before.

He is being targeted because of that undeserved credibility and attention.
