ORIGINAL: soul2share Lally, what a beautiful animal! At least he doesn't roll on you! My cousin had one that would do that if she thought the water was deep enough! But we'd take them swimming in a place that had a really deep creek, w/o saddles and they'd both get in there and play like little kids! Course, we were right there too splashing and playing with them. when i bought him seven years ago as a three year old he was the ugliest horse id ever seen!! - all legs and head but he had the biggest personality that just overwhelmed me. people said 'what the hell have you bought!!' - and now you see he's all growed up and is beautiful. he has never ever ever tried to roll. his back legs and supporting front are totally braced for the purpose of splashing as hard as he can, and when he's splashed long enough with one foot he swops over to the other one. he can go on and on for ages doing that. and thanks, im really proud of him - he's such a honey too. id love to take him swimming. a friend of mine has suggested we box them to a beech about 20 miles away - i cant wait and ill get some pics of that too - whenever it happens, hopefully this summer, we'll see. he's never seen the ocean, so itll be really funny to see his reaction.

So all I have to do in order to serve him, is to work out exactly how improbable he is, feed that figure into the finite improbability generator, give him a fresh cup of really hot tea ... and turn him on!
