Status: offline 		Day 2 of a 9 day juice fast.
I already cheated by having sushi for lunch with Shore.
It was better nutritionally than the tacos we were originally going to get.
Back on track, but hungry.
I just want to eat mac n cheese.
Please talk me out of it.

Nope. It's a mild fast. I just get really hungry the 2nd and 3rd days.

I've done a 30 day and 14 day fast in the past.
I don't do them for weightloss although that's an added bonus.

Still, my opinion of fasts in general is that there are safer and easier ways to have hallucinations, or to clean out the colon.

Shore put her on the fast.

She Cheated on the fast with Shore.

They had Sushi... Basically Carbs from the rice.

I bet sheis hungry as hell right now.

Why is she doing this if Shore is going to sabotage it with sushi or tacos?

You're a sensible level headed woman and it's your (well Shores) body.
You do what's best for you.

Are you allowed to chew sugar free gum?
Exercise and lots of water help.
A lot of the time when we are dehydrated and it registers as hunger.
Have a large glass of water or two and go for a walk.
