Status: offline 		One might presume that the reason the OP and people like him act this way online, is often that they cannot or would not have the sack to do so in any real-life, face-to-face situation, and/or that they and their lives are such utter failures, and being painfully aware of this, this is where they come to for their anger (mis)management therapy (i.e. taking it out on us, as it were).

What, so having a reasonable understanding of how the internet works is being a know-it-all?

The form your sandbox urination took is totally irrelevant. The point is, they don't like you, and it's their site to do whatever the fuck they like with, because that's how the internet works.

If you don't like it, you can throw a fit like you're doing here and roll around on the metaphorical floor like a child who hasn't got enough sleep, or you can find or found a site whose moderation policies you like better.

You don't quite seem to understand.

That 'legalese' LP posted? It basically means 'the rules are whatever we want them to be'. So if you piss an Admin off you have by definition violated TOS, because pissing them off is against the TOS. It doesn't matter if there wasn't a specific written statement in them covering what you did.

C'mon, this is a fairly basic concept...

So why don't you ask the mods which specific portion of the TOS you violated? If you want to avoid that specific violation in the future, you need to know.

What is your specific aim here?  Is it to figure out the rules so when you return it will not happen again?  Or is it simply thinking that complaining is a good thing, even if it does not accomplish anything directly?

I do not care to re-read through several onerous pages of unnecessary nonsense, most especially on your behalf; if I have not commented until now, it is because I did not choose to do so.
We are not imagining that you are in violation of TOS and this is why you've been mod-spanked, this is simply what happened. Making a thread to bitch about it and draw attention to yourself should be below the person you apparently wish us to think you are.
