Ok, so let's ditch the legalese, since it bothers you so, and translate that into plain English.

This sandbox? It's privately owned. If they think you are pissing in it they will kick you out. They don't have to justify themselves and they don't have to explain why to you or be fair or consistent or anything because it's their sandbox.

Like it or not, that 'legalese' is exactly what you agreed to when you started an account here.  The fact that you didn't have the reading comprehension skills to understand it also isn't an issue for Me. 

If you kicked about and threw these kinds of tantrums when people disagreed with you in chat, with you somehow having this idea that you are the authority on the site, I'm not surprised that you got banned.  If it were Me, I probably would silence you on the forums (not just have you moderated and then approve your posts) as well.  Then again, I'm not as patient as some people.  I have very little tolerance for those who can't follow rules, especially after they've been told multiple times.

Status: offline 		I love it when someone new comes in to tell us what the mods are like! It reminds me of when my kids were little and one would say... You love him more than you love me! Why do I always have to do it? You never pick on her! I loved them all the same, favored different things about them and cherished them all. Yet, no matter how I parented, there was always someone disgruntled about something. Wonder of it all was that they would eventually mature and grow up to have some children of their own and learn it isn't always easy being a parent and sometimes there are things you simply cannot understand about each situation. When they were adult enough to accept they weren't pure angel and they did give me a hard time now and then and I had every right to do what I did... each one of them came and thanked me for being the kind of parent I was and actually teaching them.

Unfortunately, some mothers children do not mature and grow up and realize the world isn't centered around them and how they want things to be.

This is kind of like a kid asking for a dog. Please, please, I just want a dog. Then you get them a dog and they tease the dog forcing the dog to protect itself and it bites them and they complain... that stupid dog you got me bit me for no reason!

You signed up, you agreed, you didn't get a site that let you call the shots and you no longer agreed and now you complain about it. Bet your mama would be proud.
