That was said more than 2 weeks ago in jest really, I was chatting with the Admins about having anarchy in the room and that being more fun. Nothing was made of the statement at that time. Again let me know what TOS were violated and since you don't know, probably somebody who does will step forward.

I think there's a conflict of interest here, the Admin for video chat conveniently happens to be a Mod in the message boards. Talk about bias.

Not an issue.  I didn't know that people needed help understanding that part in TOS.  Here's something that might help you further:
