I'm not a Mod, but here are My thoughts.

If the video chat rooms work anything like the forums, anybody is entitled to register a complaint or report against you if you are breaking the rules.  The Mods really don't have to report back to you as far as the specifics go.  Maybe you were insulting others or trying to coerce people to engage in sexual acts.  I don't know what your issue was.  I can't say that I really care.

For whatever reason you were banned, you're really not entitled to publicly air your grievance.  You were a guest here and whatever it was that you did that made you no longer acceptable as a guest.  A year is a rather long time, so I'm guessing whatever you did was either serious or so consistent that it just became intolerant behavior.  If you had a guest in your home that displayed behavior that you found unacceptable, would you allow them to continue?

Here.  I'll help.

There was a complaint made against you for some reason.  The mods then contacted you, as they are required to do.  You evidently decided to tell off a mod, instead of complying with whatever they told you to do.  That's equivalent to telling a cop that they are out of line writing you a ticket or giving you a warning.

Does that make it clearer?

Look, I've been modspanked too, when I got out of line.  And I thought about it and realized that I had been out of line, and moved on.  Why can't you do that?

First, does the term "more balls than brains" pop into anyone's mind when reading the bolded part?

Second of all, I don't know the circumstances, nor do I want to, and can still give a good guess as to why you were banned.....as it would appear everyone else knows too!

Get a clue dude, the TOS are there, you agree to them whether you actually read them or not......violate them, and you can't possibly be surprised at the results!

All I'm asking for are specific complaints against me if any, and any specific TOS violations against me in any be revealed. This is for clarity and to help me know what I shouldn't do in the future. No explanation thus far has been provided.

Thank you, what you say is a fairytale and here are the reasons.
1. Mods didn't contact me about any specific complaints made.
2. I didn't tell any Mod off atleast not in the past 2 weeks as I recall anything in the past before that would have been in jest.
3. Since nothing was told, there was nothing I needed to comply to. (Oh! I was told/warned in the room before the ban, but the Admin just made stuff up against me, as I mentioned in one of my first messages here since removed, if you call that a warning, oh well, there was no question of me complying as charges were fabricated at that point)
4. The cops didn't give me a ticket or warning, but just hauled me into jail.

You were modspanked you said, but you knew the reason. All I'm saying give me the reason I'm being reprimanded. I've moved on nevertheless thanks, no need to worry about me. Hope this helps you understand why I'm sticking around and without video chat plenty of time to do this
