I too have a similar story. My first” old man" was a biker and my Master. Many of the old protocols for a biker's "old lady" are the same that are required of a sub/slave. Basically i grew up in both lifestyles at the same time.

That is not why i ride or race though. This i do for the sheer love of Harleys and riding motorcycles period. Never could i live without my face in the wind.

But never has the image equating the type of man whose collar i wanted with a man who was also a biker left me. Lol, during my search i specifically stated "Harley riders only".

As everyone in this house is so fond of stating” if i have to explain you just would not understand".

But they can't beat a top Japanese bike in a race. (assuming the rider is a neutral factor)
I agree with CD, this is just silly, no one was jap bashing and I certainly could with style. You said you can't race a Harley, this was not true, you can if you own one, end of dialog. How about we just go back to our regularly scheduled post and concentrate on the OPs post.

If we are talking road bikes that you can buy right out of the store I'd take my chance on a Suzuki Hayabusa.

Ok, back to the topic... I do believe that the two have something in common... not that people that are into BDSM are naturally bikers, but I've always believed that bikers are into BDSM... some just don't know it yet... lol

Dominance is dominance.
Harleys are just plain fun. I've owned 17 of them, so far. Never had a bad Hawg, had some mighty poor subs though.
Guess I'm a better biker than a slave teacher.
I don't think the scooter is an extension of your Dominance. Its just let's you dominate the world you'd miss in a car or plane.
Just a thought.

Welcome to the boards Masterhawg, I see this is your first post, hopefully not your last. I think I've had 8 or 9 Harleys and have had a few subs that didn't have warranties either...lol. Got that right finally too.

Maybe you're right, maybe it's that freedom of the road that just seems to feel like Dominance.

Throws his hat back on.

It was just momentarily laps of… I think they call it emotion but I can’t be sure. I am very happy with my 74, I have a whole mess of bikes, and she’s just my favorite. As for BDSM and Harley’s, I think the relationship is simple. Societal views of bikers is one of danger, bad boy, yada yada yada… I am sure many of you can relate to the “I’m going to do what ever the flip I want to do” feeling. Which is the initial lure of the bike. The elation and feeling of freedom and command you get from the ride… Whew!! (Sorry, had a joygasm there)

I feel riding my bike relates a lot to my D/s. It isn’t an image that I am riding for I am riding for me. The power exchange I am getting from my bike as it is eating up the rode, pleasing me, and obeying my every command equates directly to my D/s proclivities. Hmm… guess I have to update my profile, “Wulfchyld and his Alpha sub Bonneville, are looking for ballast for his ride.

IMO

I've never owned a motorcycle.  Never even been on one.  I don't think there is much to this relationship.  A lot of bikers act dominant because they'll get their asses kicked if they appear weak.  That's not the same thing as being a born dom.

Hold it fellas, we're starting to sound soft here.
Remember, we're still tramps. The world still enjoys spitting on us, Dom or not.
Freedom in the wind is an envious adventure damn few get to actually enjoy for what it truly is.
True Dominance is rarer yet.
You guys are very lucky. Don't take a minute of it for granted.

Lordandmaster,
You should get a bike. I think you'd enjoy it. Its a whole different trip.
If you do it right, its got nothing to do with ego. Just a good time.
And if someone tries to kick you ass, give me a call. Always got time to dance.

I can only speak for Myself but there's nothing wrong being Dominant and being a biker. To Me being a biker means having a heart and understanding the bond with fellow/sister bikers which I think makes for a great combination for any Dom/me. As for Me, what can I say ... besides the freedom that riding is for Me, I enjoy straddling My scoot in neutral at a red light and rocking it side to side with My thighs while the guys watch. ::smirk::
