ORIGINAL: angelikaJ The other thing is they both had tickets and travel plans on Friday for Amsterdam. why would he avoid a woman he was going to out of the country w/ just 2days later...doesn't make sense. And after she was missing on Thursday, how could he stomach still going to Europe knowing there's a police investigation going on" The bolded part does seem odd. I agree. I repeat: How did she get in such financial trouble? It's very easy for doctors to get into financial trouble. They try to live a lifestyle they think they should have. Big houses, expensive cars, failure to pay employer payroll tax, failure to pay federal income tax, failure to declare income, etc. The bolded part was from the comments on the story. I don't necessarily put a lot of stock into comments from bystanders. They may have had plans to go, that started two months prior (you don't buy plane tickets overseas on a couple of days notice), and the article said they were on again/off again. They also said that they found her purse in the yard, and thought someone snatched her. Cali
