    Status: offline     		It certainly does. It was just what I'd have errant troopers do as punishment and I'd be dressed the same carrying the same load and the same weapon and join them. I was always instructed never to order anyone to do something you couldn't/wouldn't do yourself.

    Does the Dom then have to resort to measures like finding an opportunity to publicly state that he is in fact ignoring the sub....
    and if he does that, is he indeed ignoring her at all?... or is he actually trying to get her attention so she will understand that she is being ignored... and then she presumably should feel sufficiently bad about that... and perhaps even learn a lesson?

    He wanted YOU to choose a punishment to see where YOUR head was at.

    He did not want us to suggest punishments to see where our heads were at.

    I understand it perfectly.

    I don't think coming here and asking was any different than putting a bunch of different things into a hat and picking one out.

    Coming here was a cheat... in my opinion.

    It may be sufficient for him, and if he knew you came and asked here that may have in fact revealed to him where your head was at.
    But in my opinion, asking other people for ideas doesn't convey where your head is at.

    Status: offline     		as i understand it... her 'crime' was misunderstanding a simple order namely that she had to ask permission before speaking to a guy
    and instead of waiting for him to say something and then asking her master for permission to answer she actually made contact with the guy immediately to say she could no longer speak with him...
    which to me simplifies the entire matter and leaves no one dangling.... but is indeed not exactly following orders...maybe her master is just being nit picky.... but alas, he might want to be nit picky so he can punish her, because we all know how lovely punishment can be.
    So then he asks her how she thinks she should be punished to see where her head is at and she comes here for ideas...
    and some of the posters are thinking this is wrong wrong wrong, she surely can not ask for ideas from strangers... jeez that is cheating

    Why? what on earth is wrong with getting ideas?

    Op, he wanted you to ask permission before speaking to this guy... He wanted to see you squirm and be embarrassed about having to ask permission to speak to another man... instead you took matters in your own hands and broke contact... you rather be proper and aloof and in control than a naughty girl asking for permission, you spoilt your masters game... you mentioned humiliation... well girl, he wants to see it in you.

    So, to make things right: first you have to ask -maybe even beg- your master if you can speak to this man again... then you have to write a groveling letter to this man asking for another chance, explaining your mistakes and difficult position... you have to let your master read this letter before sending it (i take it that this guy is an on-line contact)... if the cyber man blocks you you have to try again... harder.... if he plays along you have another chance to be to be their plaything, your master comes first the other guy second and you last...
    are they interested in cam?

    alternatively you can suggest that your master limits your computer time and access to certain sites.
