What does this have to do with the Tea Party? Paladino is running as an "R" not a "T". And Andrew Cuomo? Oh sure, another "career politician?" Like,....Daddy? Lemme guess, "law school graduate?"

Your so funny old Pops. I think the point that was made is this is another fine example of the quality nut cases the Tea Party would like to see elected. Now back to your comment Mr Moderate Independent. What was you point that he was the Republican because he was running as one. ALL of the Tea Party candidates are running as Republicans. They never had the balls as a group to make a Tea Party and get themselves on the ballot nor did any of them have the guts to run as an independent. They all latched onto the Republican Party to run. You didn't see the Green Party trying to make their way as Democrats. They had balls and stood up for what they believed and forged ahead on their own. Something sorely lacking in the clamor of the Tea Party.

While I would not put it past the Post to be that sleazy, you are quoting spin from his campaign manager. From other sources I have seen the reporter was there attempting to interview the mother.
